Effective 01/23/26 the daily rate is $3 per day, making it easier to calculate your prorated and monthly rent.

Unless the payment is prorated, the payment due date is on the 1st of the month. A late fee charge of $10 is due after the 3rd of the month as itemized in your lease agreement.

—Rent Payment Instructions—

---Prorated Rent---

When first occupying the parking space, enter the number of days in the month less the occupy date plus one. For example, if your occupy date is June 12th, then your prorated June rent from June 12th to June 30th is 30 - 12 + 1 = 19 days.

---Monthly Rent---

To pay your monthly rent, enter the number of days in the month. For example, your February rent is 28 days in a non-leap year and 29 days in a leap year.

If you have given at least 2 weeks notice and you vacate prior to the end of the month and you have paid for the entire month, then after you vacate you are reimbursed for the number of days remaining in the month past your vacate date.

When vacating, enter the number of days equal to your vacate date less one. For example, if you are vacating May 28th, then your prorated May rent from May 1st to May 27th is 28 - 1 = 27.
