"Delivery Company" below refers to a separate company contracted by the Seller to deliver the container(s) to the Buyer.
DELIVERY TERMS
Title to each purchased Intermodal Equipment shall pass to Buyer upon Buyer's pick up of the Intermodal Equipment. Risk of loss of any Intermodal Equipment shall pass to Buyer upon the earlier of Buyer's payment or Buyer's pickup of the Intermodal Equipment.
Anticipated delivery is within 10 business days of scheduling delivery with Buyer after the date Buyer receives a Sale Release confirmation from Seller.
Taking possession of any Intermodal Equipment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale even if the Buyer has not signed them or an agreement of which they are a part.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise indicated in the Sale Release, payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation.
COLORS, APPEARANCE, ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
The Seller cannot and does not guarantee container colors or appearances.
CANCELLATION
Seller may cancel the sale as of the 11th working day following Buyer's receipt of the Sale Release.
